It’s here! It’s the final day of the Melbourne Accelerator Program, and with it, my final day at Black AI
I had an incredible startup journey. Gathering together an awesome team, building a company, and even taking it to the global stage. I met a whole bunch of amazing people, learned a tonne of skills that would have taken me years to figure out, and had a lot of fun doing it all. But some things must come to an end.

As many of you already know, I’ve decided to step back from my role with Black AI. Whilst being a founder and the face of a fast-paced tech startup has been an incredible roller-coaster journey of awesome, it’s time to pursue new opportunities. The company is moving in new directions, and I am no longer a good fit for the team. My ambitions, skills, and experiences are much better used elsewhere. Community building, evangelism, media, and driving the startup & entrepreneurial ecosystem of Melbourne (and Australia) are huge passions of mine, and with my next steps, I’ll be able to do just…. but in more dynamic and exciting way.
tell me, Tell Me, TELL ME
So what is it you all ask? Well, I can’t say… yet. Keep an eye on my Twitter account and here on my blog for announcements. All will be revealed in good time.
But while you wait, I’ll leave you all with another song lyric, only ’cause I couldn’t work this one into the title. It’s fitting that Greenday ends this post, in the same way Time of Your Life, linked arms, and swaying signalled the end of high school parties.
“It’s something unpredictable but in the end is right… I hope you had I had the time of my life”… well parts of it anyway.
